If your power demand is greater than 10 KW, AES El Salvador offers you an exclusive service for Large Customers, a self-service portal where you will be able to request services and manage your commercial account from the comfort of your office or business, assured that your request will be served with one single contact.
If you are a large customer and still don't have this service, get in touch with us by calling 2529-9500 or send us an e-mail to grandes.clientes@aes.com to request your user name and password, which will grant you access to the services contracted with our distributors.
