Agreement No. 387-E-2018

In compliance with the provisions of agreement No. 387-E-2018 issued by the General Superintendency of Electricity and Telecommunications (SIGET), as of Friday, May 24, 2019, distribution companies must request a certificate of conformity as an essential requirement for the connection of new power supplies, as long as the installation is classified within one of the following categories:

  • High demand

  • New Distribution Networks Owned by Third Parties
  • New Urbanizations

 

Agreement No. 169-E-2021

To comply with the agreement No. 169-E-2021, as August 23, 2021, the blueprints will be reviewed and the electrical installations classified in the Medium and High Demand rate categories, as well as the new distribution networks will be inspected, the third-party properties or new developments, including the electrical installations of the homes or premises built by the urban planner within the urbanization.
