Futuro Pluz Insurance

With this service, the insured is entitled to request telephone medical guidance with a certified general physician and to use up to three (3) ambulance transportation services per year. This insurance also provides a payout equivalent to 48 monthly installments for family expenses in the event the insured holder passes away due to an accident.

You can access all these benefits by choosing the monthly plan that best suits your needs:

  • Futuro Pluz Gold Plan: US$ 9.50

  • Futuro Pluz Platinum Plan: US$ 13.95
     

This is a voluntary opt-in product, available exclusively to customers of AES CAESS, AES CLESA, AES EEO, and AES DEUSEM. The monthly charge will be automatically included in your electricity bill and can be canceled at any time.

S.O.S. Assistance

This is an exclusive service for customers of AES CAESS, AES CLESA, AES EEO, and AES DEUSEM, providing 24/7 emergency assistance throughout the year in the following areas:

  • Home: Locksmith, electrical, plumbing, and glass repair emergencies.

  • Roadside: Roadside assistance throughout the country.

  • Legal: Legal consulting services provided by professional and trusted personnel.

All these benefits are available for a monthly fee of US$ 3.00 (VAT included), which will be charged to your electricity bill.

SafetyPet Assistance

SafetyPet is a new assistance service exclusively for customers of AES CAESS, AES CLESA, AES EEO, and AES DEUSEM, designed to protect pets and provide support in emergency situations.

  • Emergency Assistance: Ensures the well-being of pets in case of accidents or unexpected illnesses.
  • Comprehensive Protection Against Physical Harm: Covers both damages caused by pets to third parties and injuries they may suffer.
  • Support During Hospitalization of the Owner: If the owner is hospitalized for more than three days, they can request temporary pet care services.

These benefits are available for a monthly fee of US$ 5.60 (VAT included), which will be charged to your electricity bill. The service can be canceled at any time.
