Power cut-offs
If you need to perform maintenance or modifications in your internal facilities, request a temporary cut-off of your power service. To that effect, you must submit the application form in our Large Customer Service Offices or send it by e-mail to grandes.clientes@aes.com, at least 48 hours in advance, in order to reserve the space to program the work associated to your request.
Or, else, you can request this service online through our Large Customers portal.
This service will be charged in your invoice or you can pay for it in our offices. The regulated cost associated to this type of maneuver is $118.73 + VAT.
Tree trimming
If there is vegetation that represents an electrical risk for your medium-voltage facilities, please contact your advisor at 2506-9090 to request our tree-trimming service and to learn about the terms associated to this service. You can also submit your requirement by sending a photograph with the data of your service to the following e-mail: grandes.clientes@aes.com

Relocation of electrical infrastructure
To relocate electrical structures, you must submit a request for a budget in any of our Large Customer Service Offices, where they will give you the costs related to the movements in the network that you had requested.
